Cancellation Policy:
For individual service we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment or a minimum of 4 hours to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
Gratuities:
If you are pleased with the service you have received, feel free to give a tip directly to your technician in cash or personal check. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. For Mobile Spa Parties/Spa Parties a 20% gratuity is added to the total cost of the service.
Quiet Enviroment:
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted.
